This tract also joins "Willow Lake" duck hunting club where thousands of ducks hold up each year. The White River Refuge is just across the levee and it to provides great duck hunting, deer hunting and turkey hunting opportunities.

TRACT 1: 425 acres +- highly developed WRP land with several shallow water and semi permanent water areas (duck holes). Extensive levee work, a duck blind and water control structures are in place for the management of the water.
